The Warehouse Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient management of inventory and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in handling and managing warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
3. Supervise and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Utilize data warehouse skills to analyze inventory levels and optimize stock management.
5. Implement best practices in operations management to improve workflow and reduce costs.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
7. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

1. Atleast Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
4. Experience with data warehouse systems and inventory management software.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
