Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and onboard new business partners such as hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and travel service providers
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and commissions with suppliers
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize revenue and retention
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership acquisition targets
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
- Monitor partner performance and optimize offerings based on sales data and KPIs
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in OTA, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Good understanding of online travel platforms, booking systems, and travel products
- Results‑oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); GDS system experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel when required
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with hotels, airlines, or travel suppliers
- Knowledge of regional or international travel markets
- Ability to analyse sales performance and conversion metrics
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
