Job Description
The Head of Business Development will lead our client's Malaysia growth agenda through the acquisition of new clients, the expansion of strategic relationships, and the development of a high-performance sales culture across the business. This is a senior market-facing leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and strengthening its position as a leading risk and insurance adviser in Malaysia.
The incumbent will work closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Specialty Leaders, and regional stakeholders to drive strategic client engagement, unlock cross-business opportunities, and build a sustainable pipeline of new business across key target sectors and client segments. As a member of the Malaysia Leadership Team, this individual will play a significant role in shaping the future growth trajectory of the business.
